Loyens & Loeff has advised Wölbern Invest on the acquisition of the first office building on Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp from Park 20|20 CV. BSH Huishoudapparaten is the tenant of the building which has a size of 7600 m2 and has 151 parking spaces. It is expected that the office will be opened in 2011. The total consideration is undisclosed.
