Loyens & Loeff has advised Dice Holdings, Inc., a provider of specialized career websites for professional communities which is listed at the New York Stock Exchange, in its purchase of the online and career events-related businesses of WorldwideWorker, a Dubai based recruiter for the energy industry. 

Closing of the transaction took place on 6 May 2010.
