Loyens & Loeff has advised APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft (AIK), on behalf of its Immobilien-Sondervermögen apoReal International fund, on the acquisition of the Acacia office building in Rotterdam from IM Management. Acacia is a five-floor building offering a space to let of 3,644 m2 and is part of the Victoriapark (which is part of Brainpark I and II). The building is fully renovated and was awarded a B-energy label. BAM Utiliteitsbouw (Rotterdam area) is renting the building for a period of ten years starting 17 December 2010.
