Sophie van Engelen, attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group in our Amsterdam office. She focuses on private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), public to private transactions, corporate governance and joint ventures.

Sophie spent two years in our London office and was seconded to a major American law firm for a couple of months. She sometimes guest lectures about topics that belong to her field of expertise at Dutch universities and currently heads our Corporate Knowledge Centre.
Our Corporate Knowledge Centre initiates all sorts of national and international knowhow projects and is involved in various legal tech and other innovative projects.
