In order to promote the accessibility of these (mandatory) regulations and to be helpful in resolving scope rule issues, Mathieu has systematically arranged all scope rules of these regulations in a bundle of laws and derived a basis for a model for the calculation of the applicability of any industry-wide regulations on a company that’s active in the Netherlands. By applying this calculation model, the financial and other risks involved with the correct interpretation of the scope rules can be significantly limited.
As an attorney for over 25 years, Mathieu has a broad and extensive experience in legal proceedings regarding both (international) commercial law and employment law. Mathieu is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.
