Her clients mainly consist of, in particular US-based, investment funds (including private equity and venture capital) and REITs. Her work includes cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions. She is frequently contacted for her expertise in the field of Dutch withholding taxes.

Marlous has a focus on the US market. She is a member of the region team US and worked in our New York office from 2020 to 2022.

Marlous is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
