Our Tax Compliance Team has over 80 professionals, spread across our four offices in the Netherlands. We are involved in calculating the tax calculations, preparing tax returns including those for corporate income and advising on matters related thereto, such as arranging (risk) analysis for reports or for enforcing covenants in horizontal monitoring. Part of our declaration procedure is explaining the corporate income tax return using a separate report. This report contains explanations on the tax positions taken as well as the connections made going from the commercial accounts to the tax return itself. Our Tax Compliance Team is frequently asked to assist with tax audits and due diligence.
