Company policy is not only an issue for the company’s executive board, but also for its employees. That is why boards have to discuss matters with participation councils. On the one hand we advise both companies on the information, consultation and approval rights of works councils. On the other hand, in the Netherlands, we advise councils themselves on their own roles within companies.
