The Public Transport and Mobility Team pools its extensive knowledge of the public transport market with its considerable expertise in areas as diverse as government practice, procurement law, real estate, corporate/labour law and tax law. In this way, the team offers integrated legal and tax advice on a very wide range of public transport and mobility-related issues.

Expertise
The team advises public transport authorities as well as transport providers themselves on legal regulations such as: the Passenger Transport Act and Decree of 2000, the Transport (Planning) Act (Planwet verkeer en vervoer) and the EU regulation on Public Services Obligations. Other areas which the team will focus on include the Railways Act, the (introduction of) the public transport chip card, tax advice on congestion charges and advice on redevelopment projects of train station locations.
