Our specialists in the team have extensive experience in:
- advising on the applicability and scope of (EU) procurement regulations (including tendering requirement, quasi-inhouse assignment, award, handling sustainability and social criteria)
- supporting contracting services in the entire procurement process (including drafting procurement, tender documentation, contracts, and answering bidders’ questions)
- assisting bidders in bidding for contracts (including reviewing key tender documents and draft contracts, asking questions, and reviewing the registration)
- guiding corporate spin-offs and privatisation operations
- conducting (summary) proceedings before the civil courts, the Court of Arbitration, and the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal
- certification according to the NTA 8058 standard ‘Requirements for the procurement practice of contracting and performing procurement audits’.
