The mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice of Loyens & Loeff is growing fast. The mediators of Loyens & Loeff assist their clients as party counsellor in a mediation or act as mediator in order to facilitate two or more parties in resolving their dispute. They also assist in drafting mediation clauses as (parts of) a dispute resolution clause in contracts and other documentation. The mediators render their mediation services in all kind of disputes and they particularly focus on commercial disputes, corporate disputes, disputes with governmental bodies and tax disputes. The mediators can also assist in other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), such as among others (deal-) facilitation and conflict management.

In the Netherlands, André van der Kolk and Jurgen Kuiper are registered with the Netherlands Mediation Institute (NMI) as mediators. In France, Marinka Schillings is registered with the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) and the Institut d’Expertise, d’Arbitrage et de Médiation (IEAM-PARIS) as a mediator.
