Since a couple of years Loyens & Loeff expanded its dispute resolution services and set up a mediation practice. In addition to party counsellor in a mediation, Loyens & Loeff mediators have acted as mediator in commercial, corporate and tax disputes where among others insurance companies, trade organisations, large corporations and entrepreneurs were one of disputing parties.
