EC tax law and the jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg have exerted a huge influence on everyday tax practice in the last decade. Our EC tax law practice has been involved in some of the most important Dutch ECJ cases. Its members handle litigation matters in which EC tax law plays a role. We often closely cooperate with EC law experts from other member states.
