Jaap Zwaan (1974), tax lawyer, is a member of the International tax practice group. He specialises in cross-border corporate tax planning, in particular involving the Benelux countries and Switzerland. He has worked in the Amsterdam and Geneva offices. At the end of 2004, he opened the Zürich office. He has set up numerous Swiss financing, licensing and trading structures for a.o. Canadian multinationals, US (inversion) companies and European groups. He frequently lectures on international corporate tax planning. 

Jaap is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
