Hans Zuiderbaan (1957), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in tax compliance for Dutch E&P companies and has a profound knowledge of the specific aspects of Corporate Income Tax and State Profit Share for the oil & gas industry. Before joining the Energy team of Loyens & Loeff in 2008, he gained over 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry as a state auditor within the Oil & Gas team of the Dutch Revenue Service.
