Harmen Zeven (1966), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group in the Rotterdam office. He advises on international tax. His clients include French companies or investors that want to participate in French projects. His activities consist of setting up and reorganising international structures, exchange of information issues, joint ventures, mergers & takeovers, venture capital funds and other investment funds, and international real estate investments.
