Dennis Weber (1970), tax lawyer, is a member of the international Tax practice group and heads the European direct tax law practice. He specialises in advising clients in European tax law proceedings for the Dutch courts, the European Court of Justice and foreign courts. He also acts as consultant mainly to multinationals.
Dennis is a professor of European Corporate Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam and director of the Amsterdam Centre for Tax Law (ACTL). He is also a lecturer in the European Tax Studies course at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (direct and indirect taxation) and at the International Tax Center of Leiden (LL.M Program in International Taxation). He has been guest lecturer at various European universities. He is the general editor of and contributor to various tax publications and author of numerous articles on European tax law. He is also a deputy judge in the regional court of appeal of ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
