P. Hermine E. Voûte (1964), attorney at law, is chairwoman of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. She specialises in employment law, with the emphasis on collective dismissals, employee representation, and collective bargaining.

Hermine is acting Dean of the Netherlands Bar Association. She is a lecturer in collective dismissal law for the Grotius Academy in employment law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. In addition, she has published several articles on labour law-related subjects such as reorganisations and collective dismissals. Hermine has a tier 1 ranking in the category Employment in the Chambers Europe Guide 2010 and is recommended by the Guide to the World's Leading Women in Business Law 2010.
