Natalie Vloemans (1972), attorney, is a member of the Technology, Media and Litigation practice group. She specialises in liability law and in contractual and regulatory (re)insurance law . She has experience in matters concerning corporate liability, technical damage, directors' and officers' liability, product liability, construction, employer's liability, professional liability and related insurance coverage disputes. She frequently advises on the legal aspects of commercial contracts and general conditions. Together with Kitty Lieverse, she heads the Insurance team.
Natalie is a member of the Association for Insurance Law (Dutch Chapter of the Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances, AIDA), the Association for Civil Law and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law. She is a contributor to the Dutch Review for Commercial Law and frequently publishes and lectures on insurance and liability law issues
