Wim Vande Velde works in the Brussels’ corporate law department. He specialises in national and international transactional work (M&A, buy outs, restructuring,…) for both listed and non listed companies. He also advises clients on Belgian company law and on corporate governance issues.

Wim has published and has held lectures on a number of corporate governance issues.
