Johan Terblanche, attorney, is a member of the Investment Management practice group.

He specialises in advising both managers and investors of collective investment funds with special focus on alternative funds and has been practising in the area of collective investment since 1998. In addition to his experience in Luxembourg, Johan spent five years in the British Virgin Islands where he also focussed on investment funds and regulated business.

Johan is an active member of several working groups of the Association for the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA), regularly speaks at conferences and funds events and has published articles in several industry publications.

Johan qualified as a South African attorney* in 2000, English solicitor* in 2002, and British Virgin Islands solicitor* in 2003 and was admitted to List IV of the Luxembourg bar in 2008.
