Ynze van der Tempel (1971), tax lawyer, is a member of the VAT, customs and international trade practice group. He specialises in advising insurers, pension funds, real estate funds, project developers and municipalities on VAT and real estate transfer tax. He has broad experience in structuring complex real estate projects, joint ventures and investment structures. Aside from that, he also advises regularly on real estate portfolio purchases and sales. He frequently acts as VAT consultant on general tax matters to national and multinational companies.

Ynze lectures on VAT and transfer tax and speaks regularly on these matters at conferences.
