Irene J.A. Tax (1979), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in corporate law, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration and advises on, among other things, director’s and officer’s liability, professional liability, shareholder disputes, commercial contracts and attachment and enforcement procedures.

Irene is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association (Vereniging Corporate Litigation) and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
