Ewout J. Stumphius (1961), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He specialises in corporate law transactions: takeovers (M&A), joint ventures, mergers, venture capital and private equity. His clients are active in several sectors, including telephony, financial services, private equity, media, oil, ports and transport and the chemical industry.

Ewout was a member of the Board of Loyens & Loeff from 2002 to 2005 and has worked in the Jakarta office. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Interpacific Bar Association (IPBA) and the Vereeniging Handelsrecht. He is a member of Loyens & Loeff's China Desk and has published several articles on M&A and joint ventures.
