Jurriaan T.A. van der Stok (1975), civil law notary, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in commercial real estate, real estate-related transactions and real estate-related corporate law. He has experience in commercial real estate transactions, the setting up of joint ventures and investment structures and provides general advice to companies and government bodies on commercial real estate and commercial real estate-related tax issues. He joined Loyens & Loeff in 1998 and worked in the Corporate practice group for the first five years before joining the Real Estate practice group. He has worked in the London office for two years.

Jurriaan is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Notaries and of the Alumni Association of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
