Evert-Jan Spoelder (1978), tax lawyer, is a member of the International Tax practice group. He specialises in the structuring of Dutch and Luxembourg investment funds for both European and US clients. He has broad experience in European cross-border corporate tax planning as well as experience in structuring and advising European property investment funds, in the private as well as listed sectors (REITs). He has worked at the Luxembourg and Frankfurt offices.

Evert-Jan is a member of the Dutch Tax Lawyer's Association, the Tax Committee of INREV (inrev.org) and the Association for Tax Science. He has written various articles on topics related to the structuring of private equity investment funds.
