Reink van der Spek (1973), tax adviser, is a member of the Tax practice group and works in the national and international practice. He specialises in corporate and income tax, advising on mergers, acquisitions, domestic tax affairs and business succession. He also advises the Dutch subsidiaries of international companies. In addition, he focuses on the shipping industry, particularly advising on tax aspects related to ship financing and the tonnage tax regime. He is a member of the Port and Transport team. He worked at the Paris office for two years and has many dealings with French clients.
