Dirk Slagmolen (1958), attorney, is a member of the Corporate law and M&A practice group. He provides corporate legal advice as well as litigation support (including arbitration), with an emphasis on agency and distribution, commercial contracts and insolvency. He has worked at a large Belgian law firm (as a partner since 1995).
Dirk is the author of several publications, including the chapter "Hoger Beroep" in "Bestendig Handboek Burgerlijk Procesrecht" (Kluwer). He was also an assistant at the Universiteit Antwerpen (UFSIA) from 1986 until 1990. He is a member of the Brussels Bar.
