Coen Sip (1978), candidate civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in providing advice on all aspects of national and international mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures, in particular in respect of private equity transactions and management buyouts. He also has broad experience in advising on and structuring of private equity and investment funds.

Coen is a member of the Royal Society of Civil Law Notaries.
