Mijke Sinninghe Damsté (1980), attorney, is a member of the corporate litigation department of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in securities law disputes and corporate law disputes. Mijke also has two years experience in the Banking & Finance practice group and has a background in the M&A practice.

Mijke is an editorial member of the Tijdschrift voor Ondernemingsrecht. She is also a member of Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA), the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Association for Securities Law. In 2008 and 2009 she was a member of the board of the Young Bar Association of Amsterdam and a representative of the National Young Bar Association.
