H. Aldo Schuurman (1977), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He advises multinationals, investment banks, private equity funds and other investors on corporate law and securities law, and particularly regarding cross-border corporate (re)structurings and group financing. He has worked in the New York and London offices.
