Marinka Schillings (1960), attorney, is a member of the Insurance and the Litigation, arbitration and mediation practice groups. She specialises in commercial disputes including product liability, insurance, and distribution. She combines litigation with general commercial practice (contract law, lease law, distribution law, banking law, and securities). She is registered as a mediator with the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) and the Institut d’Expertise d’Arbitrage et de Médiation (IEAM-PARIS) and is a member of the Paris Bar.
