Sandy van der Schaaf (1982), attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. She specialises in advising (inter)national enterprises, banks and insurance companies, and has extensive experience with securitisations, structured finance transactions, and corporate law. She is a member of the
German Desk.

Sandy is a member of the Dutch Bar Association (NoVA) and is admitted to the German Bar. She is also a member of the German-Dutch Lawyers Association and the Dutch Association of Civil Law.
