Hans A. de Savornin Lohman (1955), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He specialises in corporate litigation, including inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber, disputes between shareholders, disputes about takeovers and prospectus liability and directors’ and shareholders’ liability. He advises on securities and company law in general. Hans is a substitute judge in the Court of Appeals of The Hague.
