Lonne M. Rooseboom MRE MRICS (1976), attorney at law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises mainly in transactions with regard to commercial real estate, acquisition of (real estate) companies, turnkey projects and project development. He has experience in commercial real estate transactions, the setting up of joint ventures and investment structures and provides general advice to companies and government bodies on commercial real estate and commercial real estate-related tax issues.

Lonne is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member of the Master of Real Estate Alumni Association (MRE).
