Martine De Roeck (1965), attorney, is a partner of the Corporate Law practice group. She specialises in litigation and arbitration in matters of corporate law, general commercial law, financial law, and insolvency. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, she was partner at another Belgian law firm.
Martine has published various articles on corporate litigation and is a member of the Brussels Bar.
