Natalie Reypens works in Loyens’ general tax law department. She focuses on corporate tax and international tax law, including matters relating to corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, holdings and cross-border tax treaties. She also handles compliance aspects such as completing client tax returns and other tax formalities.

Furthermore, Natalie is the author of the Belgian chapter of a reference work on Transfer Pricing - see Publications.
