Marcel Ranzijn (1966), tax adviser, is working for the Tax practice group and member of the Tax Compliance Team. He specialises in all the tax compliance aspects of mostly multinational clients in the international tax practice as well as Dutch-based listed clients. Furthermore, he is involved in the tax ruling practice, mainly for international holding and financing companies. Within Loyens & Loeff, he was responsible for the implementation of the electronic tax return procedure that has been made obligatory by the Dutch tax authorities.
