Wouter Nijssen (1981), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in advising controlling shareholders and their (international) business and the emigration and immigration of natural persons, under which expatriates, and legal persons. He also advises multinationals on the structuring of its business and management participations.

Wouter publishes articles on Dutch tax topics in international situations and lectures on this subject. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
