Jeroen van Mourik (1976), tax adviser, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in M&A transactions, pan-European tax structuring of real estate investments and structured finance. He has broad experience in the formation of private equity and private property funds, leveraged buyouts, and investments arising from such funds. 

He has worked at the Tokyo office and has been seconded to a highly respected Australian tax firm. Nowadays Jeroen is co-head of the Japan Desk. Therefore he regularly works at our office in Tokyo. 

Jeroen is a member of the Dutch Tax Lawyers Association, the Dutch Tax Science Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
