Jan-Berend Möller (1979), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, amongst others in the power and utility sector. He has broad experience in business law, including joint ventures, cross-border acquisitions and corporate governance. He advises large as well as mediumsized clients. He regularly acts as counsel for investors in private equity and venture capital transactions in the Dutch market.
 
Jan-Berend is a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, the Law Society of Singapore and the Dutch Association for Corporate Litigation. He has published in a Dutch professional journal Vennootschap & Onderneming.
