Leen van der Marel (1972), attorney at law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in civil property law, particularly as regards real estate transactions, turnkey projects, project and area development and tenancy law relating to business premises. He mainly advises and litigates on behalf of (institutional) investment companies, government bodies, project developers and retail shops. He also regularly teaches in-house courses on real estate transactions, area development and lease law. He is a member of the Hotel and Project Development teams.
Leen is a member of the Association of Lease Law Lawyers, the Association of Real Estate Law Lawyers, and the Association of Construction Law Lawyers.
