Marc Wiggers (1979), attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in EU and (Dutch and European) competition law and health care-related law. He has broad experience in proceedings in this field. He also advises on applying competition rules (cartel prohibition, abuse of power, state aid and merger control) and the health care framework in general. In addition, he specialises in private investments in the health sector.    

Marc is a member of the Competition Law Association, Netherlands Association for European Law, and Association of Health Law. He lectures and publishes frequently on competition law and health regulation topics in professional journals.
