Saskia Lust (1968), attorney, is head of the Private client practice group in Belgium. She specialises in internationally oriented asset planning and inheritance planning and advises on international estate (inheritance) planning, particularly with respect to immigration and emigration.
Saskia lectures on international aspects of gift tax and inheritance tax at the Universiteit Antwerpen Management School and at the Fiscale Hogeschool of Brussels. She has written various articles on estate planning and is a member of the Antwerp Bar.
