Nicolien Luijsterburg, tax lawyer, is a member of the international Tax practice group. She specialises in corporate restructuring and refinancing and advises foreign multinationals as well as private equity and property funds on Dutch and International tax law. She also focuses on Asian inbound and outbound tax planning in a wide variety of business sectors. She works closely together with local tax and legal experts in the various Asia Pacific countries.

Nicolien is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Singapore branch.
