Camille Lebègue works in Loyens’ general tax department, with a focus on international and domestic tax law. He advises clients on a broad range of tax matters in relation to M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, real estate, structured finance, holdings and expat matters.
Camille’s expertise also extends to compliance work such as tax returns and other filings, as well as tax issues relating to compensation and benefits.
