Dennis Langkemper (1975), tax lawyer, is a member of the International Tax practice group. He specialises in Dutch and Luxembourg corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax and international tax law, focusing on private equity and venture capital fund formation. He is also often involved in international restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, acquisition financing and structuring of carried interest schemes. He has worked in the New York and Luxembourg offices.
