Michel Lambion (1968), tax advisor, is a Luxembourg VAT specialist at Loyens&Loeff Luxembourg.  He advises on Luxembourg VAT aspects of Luxembourg and international transactions and structures (real estate, private equity, holding companies, regulated funds, etc).
 
Michel started his tax career in Belgium with a Big Four company.  He quickly specialised in the VAT field and moved to Luxembourg advising Luxembourg and international clients mainly in the financial sector on VAT (advice, due diligence, etc.) and on some other indirect taxes (Luxembourg registration duties, Belgian Tax on foreign investment funds, etc).
 
He regularly wrote articles in Luxembourg newspapers and magazines and intervenes regularly in seminars.
 
Michel is chairman of the VAT committe of ALFI (Luxembourg Association) and of the EFAMA (European Fund Association).  He is also member of the VAT committe of ABBL (Luxembourg Banking Association) and of COBMA (Luxembourg Financial Market Observation Comitte).  He is member of the Luxembourg Section of the International Fiscal Association and of the Belgian Tax Advisor Institute.
