Hessel N. van der Kolk (1947) tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He was partner in our tax practice until the beginning of 2008. He advises large companies focused on Dutch investment institutions and European real estate funds. He is currently a deputy judge for the Tax section of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
