Atti Kok (1983), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in corporate law, particularly in corporate litigation, and international private law. She advises clients on and litigates in commercial and corporate law-related disputes, including directors' and supervisory board's liability, shareholder disputes, the right of investigation and (international) arbitrations. Atti is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Association for Securities Law.
